Using the GroupRaise platform, you can easily organize a restaurant fundraiser with BurgerFi. To assist you with each step, you’ll find a detailed description below.

 

Set Up an Account: 

First, sign up at the GroupRaise site.

 

Create Your Group:

You will be required to create a group profile in order for the restaurant to learn more about your cause.

 

Before hitting the Submit button, verify that all your details are correct.

 

Visit the Home Page: 

Once logged in to your account, click the GroupRaise home page.

 

Search near your address:

Using the search bar you can find BurgerFi locations giving back near you.

 

When you enter your address or city, GroupRaise will fetch you all the available restaurants in your locality. From the list you can select the nearest BurgerFi restaurant to book your event.

 

Pick the location and move forward.

 

Book a Date: 

You’ll be sent to the next screen after clicking the location, where you can choose the ideal date for your group.

 

 

Typically, reservations must be booked at least two weeks in advance. The bolded dates indicate that they are available for fundraising.  

 

You will also be able to choose the time range for your event on this page.

 

Once you’ve decided the date, click Next.

 

Estimated Attendance:

Here you’ll have to provide an approximate number of attendees. This will assist BurgerFi and you in determining your meal’s expectations.

 

The Estimated Fundraising Return will be retrieved once you have added the estimated number of participants.

 

Review:

Make sure that you have read the BurgerFi Policies before clicking the Review option.
