As the St. Charles City-County Library seeks to expand services for an ever-growing community, the Library Foundation partners with donors to support programs and resources not covered by tax dollars. Funding provided by the Foundation complements but does not replace the tax dollars which fund basic library programs and services. Event proceeds allow us to fund Early Literacy Spaces in our branches, promote literacy and wellness through the Storybook Walk, help fund the new mobile library hitting the road this fall, and support future Library projects.
