Why We're Raising

The New Britain Symphony Orchestra (NBSO) was established in 1948. We are a professional orchestra who performs symphony concerts at Welte Hall at CCSU and a number of small ensemble concerts at area community venues such as libraries and art museums. We also perform a full symphony concert, free of charge, every April to fifth grade students from New Britain, Newington, Berlin, Plainville and Rocky Hill. Your donations and support help us continue our rich tradition of offering live symphonic music to the community. Thank you!
