Our mission is to build an inclusive, welcoming, and supportive community of care for older adults, people with disabilities, and their family caregivers. We believe that no senior should have to navigate aging alone. By providing direct support and fostering strong community connections, we ensure that seniors and people with disabilities can age safely, with dignity, and in the place they call home. 50% of California’s homeless population are seniors, many of whom have experienced homelessness for the first time in the past five years. Economic hardships, health complications, and the loss of a spouse have made aging in place increasingly challenging. 75% of the seniors we serve lack a reliable support system, leaving them vulnerable to housing insecurity, food shortages, and unmet care needs.
