West Sound Treatment Center is a not-for-profit Substance Use Disorders program serving the Peninsula since 1983. There are three locations to choose where you receive your services: Bremerton, Poulsbo, and Port Orchard. West Sound offers many outpatient services — from Alcohol Drug Information School to Intensive Outpatient Services — designed to give you the tools you need to be successful in your recovery journey. West Sound operates four transitional homes designed to help you stabilize, and we can work to help you move into a more permanent living environment. West Sound partners with the Therapeutic Health Courts and operates a Re-entry program in collaboration with the Kitsap County Jail.
